We're Hiring Two Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) – Join the Cherubs Academy Family

Location: Logan Central, QLD

Start Date: 18 August 2025

Positions: 2 x Early Childhood Teachers (Full-Time)

About the Role:

As an ECT at Cherubs Academy, you will:

  • Lead and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Create an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5 years
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support and mentor fellow educators to deliver the very best learning experiences
  • Bring creativity, fun, and passion to your teaching every single day

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved) OR is actively working towards this qualification if you hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved)
  • Has a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Has or is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to professional growth and continuous improvement
