Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their mobility and independence goals. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, developing personalized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of NDIS participants to understand their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being.
  • Work closely with other support professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent and holistic care.
  • Provide education and guidance to clients and their support network about exercises and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.
  • Stay updated with best practices and NDIS guidelines to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Previous experience working with NDIS participants is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if travel is required).
  • NDIS workers screening check
  • Working with children check
