We're Sydney's premier rheumatology one-stop shop, combining medical specialists and allied health professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centred care for the past 2 decades. We continue to grow with 70 team members across 3 clinics with Parramatta being our busiest. This clinic is a modern, vibrant space supporting the needs of Western Sydney.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a part time experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Parramatta.

We have two employment options available:


• Permanent Part-Time hours per week). Earn $35–$55 per hour (dependant on experience) and participation in our incentive program. Structured or flexible schedule available and opportunities for full time work in the future.


• Consultant/Licensee Model: Operate independently within our clinic paying a service /licence fee, retaining 50% – 60% of billings.

You will be responsible for:


• Providing evidence-based physiotherapy services for musculoskeletal and chronic condition


• Providing an excellent service and building relationships with patients in a supportive environment


• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical needs and develop personalised treatment plans


• Deliver exercise programs (if capable to do so) that emphasize the vital role of strength and conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels. Other refer appropriately to our exercise physiology team


• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation


• Collaborating with an expert multidisciplinary team

What we are looking for:


• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist


• Proven experience in musculoskeletal care essential


• A background in women's health (advantageous)


• Rheumatology experience (advantageous)


• A passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experience in building and maintaining a patient base


• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
