The Role

This is a full time permeant role although part time candidates may be considered.

● You will manage a Community caseload, providing home visits across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region. We have a triage system in place to ensure that your caseload will be within your scope of practice.

● You will care for a mix of older adults and people with disabilities and provide patient centred care to assist your clients to live independently in their own home.

● Your role will see you prescribe assistive technology, FCAs, home mods, mental health and provide rehabilitation programs. Working in the community will see you develop a diverse range of assessment skills and we are here to help you every step of the way

● Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience

● We have a highly skilled admin team to assist you at all levels of your role.

Central Coast Region:

One hour's drive north of Sydney, the Central Coast region boasts stunning coastlines, beautiful beaches, and national parks. With a population of 365,000, it offers all the amenities and cultural events of a large city without the traffic and high cost of living.

About the Practice:

• Your Physio Advantage is a growing allied health team of 25(12 physios) that was established on the Central Coast and now offers the same exceptional care to clients in the Newcastle region. Our outstanding growth has been to due to our exceptional team, with validated feedback showing we are in the top 10% of workplaces to work for
• Our dedicated leadership team, including a clinic owner with a reduced caseload, Senior Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist and our Practice Manager will ensure your success through intensive induction, mentoring, and coaching.
• Our industry-leading induction program guarantees success within 6-12 months, offering both clinical and non-clinical mentoring.
• We offer an industry-first, 5-step career pathway options including leadership roles, specialization, high income, or lifestyle opportunities.
