Their packaging, timber products, sewing divisions and laundry services operate from sites located across Seven Hills, Erskine Park, Newcastle and Lithgow, and employ a workforce of over 500 people.

Access Industries is seeking a bold, commercially minded CEO to lead the organisation through its next stage of growth, leading the implementation of a new 5 year strategic plan. As CEO, you will lead and drive transformational growth through an invigorated executive team, building operational efficiencies, strengthening customer focus, and diversifying enterprises to unlock new opportunities on a multimillion dollar scale. You will also oversee the modernisation of infrastructure and operations, ensuring long-term sustainability while staying true to the organisation's purpose and values.

We are seeking a dynamic and influential leader with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or Disability Enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership of the organisation, ensuring strong financial performance, customer relationships, operational excellence, and delivery of supported employment services.
  • Align all operations with Access Industries' purpose of empowering people with disability through meaningful and sustainable employment.
  • Position the organisation as a trusted partner across manufacturing, supply chain, and disability services.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing executive team, building capability to drive change, deliver results, and foster innovation and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, national standards, NDIS requirements, and all government and funding obligations.
  • Maintain high standards of governance, reporting, and transparency to protect reputation and regulatory standing.
  • Drive long-term sustainability by strengthening profitability, diversifying revenue, and balancing commercial outcomes with social purpose.
  • Translate strategic priorities into business plans and measurable initiatives that deliver growth, efficiency, and impact.
  • Oversee robust risk management and internal controls to safeguard financial, operational, and reputational integrity.
  • Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture, championing safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Partner effectively with the Board through open communication, accurate reporting, and strategic insight to support sound decision-making.
