We have been servicing the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne for over 30 years and expanded our boundaries 8 years ago into the Eastern and Western suburbs, including the Geelong regional area. Our showrooms offer our customers the opportunity to view our extensive range of security doors on display and the chance to discuss options with our knowledgeable customer service staff, before purchasing.

We are looking for a sales assistant who is passionate about customer service and knows the importance of delivering a great customer experience, with an ability to engage with people at all levels.

The position is part time employment: (must be available Monday and Tuesday)

4 days per week (9am - 5pm) including every second Saturday pm).

You would be responsible for assisting with customer enquiries in our busy showroom via phone/email and also help our service department and take calls for them too. The successful applicant will be fully trained in all aspects of the role which includes product knowledge; however previous experience in sales and customer service would be an advantage.

As the successful applicant you will have the following attributes;

  • The ability to add customer value in everything you do
  • Work well under pressure
  • Proven track record of providing retail customer service
  • Be well presented
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Be an energetic, team player.
  • Have the initiative and drive to go the extra mile

The role would be best suited to someone looking to return to the workforce, a mature age person and flexible in work hours.
