The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who wants more than just another Property Manager position. You'll have full end-to-end responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio of  200 properties, supported by a structure designed to set you up for success. You will be part of a high-performing team with systems that actually work and managers who listen.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management (2-3+ years preferred)
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • PropertyMe software knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and team-minded attitude
