We are seeking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join our high performing Property Management team located in Bulimba This energetic team is passionate, team-oriented, and are committed to providing an amazing experience for their team and clients.

You will be looking after a very well managed portfolio, with an immense amount of support on offer from your Team Leader and offshore team.

The successful candidate will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a solution focused end to end portfolio. You'll provide 6 star service to a growing rent roll, be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the Place brand

The Role:
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Portfolio management - assist in maximising landlords assets
  • Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable.
  • Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio;
  • Overlook and manage the lease renewal, move in and move out process for all tenants under your portfolio;
  • Minimal out of office inspections due to the team structure/ support

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a property manager
  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver's License;
  • Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with responsibility over your own work and the work of others (risk management)
  • First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal);
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
