Experienced Bartender

About the role

Aromas is seeking an Experienced Bartender to join our team in Noosa, Queensland.

Are you the bartender with knowledge about cocktails and spirits, but no longer enjoy working late nights?

Then this is the role for you. You will become the person who drives our very busy juice bar to even greater heights. Diversify and enrich your career with an early morning start, fresh juices and enjoy your evenings off.

This casual role is ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and a flair for crafting delicious fresh juices & cocktails. You will be an integral part of our vibrant bar, contributing our exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
3. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including stocking and inventory management
4. Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
5. Assisting with opening procedures as required
6. Actively participating in staff training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender in a similar high-volume hospitality environment
2. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and bar management best practices
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
5. Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
