The Role

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our growing team. With properties across Noosa Heads, Hastings Street, Sunshine Beach, and surrounds, no two days are ever the same. You'll play a key part in creating memorable guest stays by ensuring our properties are spotless and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties (1–3 bedrooms) to a high standard
  • Changing linen, making beds, and restocking essentials
  • Noting and reporting maintenance issues when required
  • Working both independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Managing time effectively across multiple properties each day

About You:

  • Housekeeping or cleaning experience (Airbnb or hotel experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and driver's licence
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable — no two days will ever look the same
