About the opportunity


•    Coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives across the business

•    Providing formal and informal training on improvement methodologies

•    Leading large scale improvement initiatives

•    Supporting business performance analysis through process mapping, data analysis and root cause analysis
 

What you'll bring

•  Experience and/or sound knowledge of Improvement across both methodology, principles and behaviours.

•    Demonstrated ability to identify and seize improvement opportunities.

•    Demonstrated experience successfully leading improvement initiatives.

•    Demonstrated ability to coach staff, develop and implement tools that staff can use for the purpose of improvement.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

•    Highly developed communication skills – written and verbal.


•    Ability to work autonomously.

•    Demonstrated success working in complex, diverse and evolving environments

•    Ability to drive engagement, vision and purpose – creating a culture where people are motivated to do their best by painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.

•    An authentic and engaging style, with an agile approach to change and improvement

•    Capacity to work full time and travel across sites

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.

  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
