About the opportunity
- Coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives across the business
- Providing formal and informal training on improvement methodologies
- Leading large scale improvement initiatives
- Supporting business performance analysis through process mapping, data analysis and root cause analysis
What you’ll bring
- Experience and/or sound knowledge of Improvement across both methodology, principles and behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and seize improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach staff, develop and implement tools that staff can use for the purpose of improvement.

- Highly developed communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated success working in complex, diverse and evolving environments
- Ability to drive engagement, vision and purpose - creating a culture where people are motivated to do their best by painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.
- An authentic and engaging style, with an agile approach to change and improvement
- Capacity to work full time and travel across sites

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
