About the opportunity
Reporting to the Director Quality and Improvement, the Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of Mercy Health’s Improvement program across Health Services.- Coaching and supporting staff to build capability in improvement science and change implementation.- Collaborating with executive and operational leaders to align improvement initiatives with strategic objectives.- Overseeing the evolution of Mercy Health’s improvement methodology and tools to ensure consistency and excellence in care delivery.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading improvement programs within health services, including acute, subacute, and community settings.- Deep knowledge of improvement science, methodologies and tools.- Proven ability to coach and develop staff in improvement practices.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.- A commitment to the mission and values of Mercy Health, including Compassion, Hospitality, Respect, Innovation, Stewardship, and Teamwork.- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline or project management.- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
