About the Role

Great opportunity to join the Loss Prevention team, our focus is on stock loss and our strategy is to "Sell More, Lose Less".

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our Loss Prevention team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehousing or retail operations, and proven leadership experience.

You will work as part of a small team, that travels to various stores, assisting with the 100% auditing of all deliveries into the Goods Inwards area.

This is a hands-on role that requires travel across the Central Brisbane region. A current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

What you can expect to do:

• Lead and support a small team conducting physical audits of incoming and outgoing stock

• Conduct a 100% physical check on all stock received across Central sites

• Conduct a physical check on outgoing stock at our Distribution Centres

• Coach store teams on Goods Inwards processes

• Provide feedback to our Merchandising team on unsafe deliveries and supplier related issues

• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure accurate delivery of stock

• Work at a different Site every week across the Central Brisbane region

• Be paid to travel between sites where applicable per KM.

• A sense of eagerness to get the job done, with energy and drive

• A demonstrated ability to work, think and act safely

• Open communication style

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• An ability to work in and contribute to a team 

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours and travel to different locations
