As our Learning & Development Manager, you'll lead the design and delivery of our people development strategy—building leadership capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring every team member has the tools to thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation and execution of Eden's Learning & Development framework
  • Design leadership pathways that empower emerging, middle, and senior leaders
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact training and coaching programs across the organisation
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify learning priorities and measure business impact
  • Champion a culture of growth, development, and excellence across all centres

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development with a strong focus on leadership capability
  • Expertise in designing and facilitating development programs across diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset and passion for empowering others to reach their full potential
  • Experience in multi-site or service-based organisations
