We're excited to welcome an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our family and play a key role in driving the success of our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About your new career:

As our Customer Experience Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our family experience.

You will:

  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that drives family satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
  • Lead family engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and feedback systems to enhance the overall experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve our services
  • Lead, mentor, and support teams to deliver exceptional service across multiple centres

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Proven experience in a senior customer experience, service, or engagement role
  • Proven success in designing and delivering customer experience strategies and measurable improvements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing customer-facing teams across multiple locations
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for enhancing the educator and child experience.
