Oodles Therapy is a vibrant, community-focused private practice based in Katherine, NT. Providing speech pathology, occupational therapy, and allied health assistance to the Katherine community and remote outreach across the Big Rivers and Barkly regions. Oodles Therapy are seeking a confident and experienced clinician to guide and manage all clinical aspects of services.
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead / Senior Clinician, you'll:
- Oversee a team of 10–15 clinicians
- Ensure culturally safe, evidence-based care
- Lead quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with directors and stakeholders
- Shape future outreach services and workforce development
About You:
- 5+ years in an allied health role with current registration
- Strong understanding of private practice, NDIS, and funding bodies
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in compliance, staff wellbeing, and clinical excellence
- Experience with quality improvement cycles
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and regulatory standards
- Coordinate supervision and support structures
- Lead weekly leadership meetings and strategic planning
- Analyse clinical data to improve outcomes
- Facilitate education sessions and team development
- Support remote outreach trips and service setup
