The Lane Group is a well-established, privately owned multi-franchise motor vehicle dealership proudly based in Mandurah. Known for our customer service and dedication to our work, we are seeking a motivated New Car Sales Manager to join and lead our sales team to continued success.

About the role:

As our New Car Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new car sales department, leading a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer service across every interaction. The role includes:

  • Co-ordination and management of the sales department
  • Achieving or exceeding targets and budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Building and maintaining customer satisfaction through all interactions and sales
  • Training and development of all sales department personnel including mentoring and coaching on a regular basis
  • Liaising with manufacturers, financiers and other departments for efficiency and quality of service
  • Adherence to all operating procedures, manufacturer's requirements and WHS guidelines

About you:

We're looking for a leader who brings energy, experience and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive dealerships
  • Valid Yard Manager's Licence
  • Western Australian manual driver's license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and a naturally positive outlook
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Ability to build long-term customer and team relationships
