Job Summary

This position offers the opportunity to lead a small team within our retail store, servicing light vehicles and 4WDs primarily for consumer customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for people leadership including recruitment, performance management, coaching, providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships, achieving store sales targets and goals, championing and maintaining a safe working environment, encouraging and developing a positive work culture, managing customer enquiries and bookings, allocating workshop activities and tasks to the team, store administration, stock control, and security.

This role also requires tyre fitting & balancing in the workshop as required.

Previous retail management experience is preferred but not necessary, as we provide on-the-job training.

  • We are looking for individuals with 2-years retail management experience (preferred)
  • A passion for the automotive industry
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on physical work skills
  • Great time management skills and ability to organize others
  • A current driver's license
