Due to the expansion of the business, there is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced designer to join our team.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines
  • Develop innovative solutions for transitional design projects, such as packing, print materials and brand identities.
  • Create engaging designs for digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, social media and email campaigns, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
  • Contribute to the continuous learning and growth of the team.
  • Stay informed and share about emerging trends and best practices in design.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3+ years' experience working in a Mid to Senior Designer role with strong UX/UI knowledge.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and highlighting problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Experience with responsive design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
