We are now looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and play a key role in delivering the quality, creativity, and consistency MISC. is known for.

The Role

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will lead your section with confidence, consistency, and ownership. You'll produce high-quality dishes aligned with our Mediterranean-inspired menu while maintaining the highest standards of preparation, presentation, and food safety.

This role is ideal for a strong CDP ready to step up or an established Senior CDP wanting a venue that takes pride in doing things properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run your section with precision and calm during service.
  • Execute dishes to MISC.'s quality and presentation standards.
  • Support the Head Chef & Sous Chefs in daily prep, service, and menu execution.
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce wastage.
  • Uphold HACCP, WH&S, and food safety compliance at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs, contributing to a positive, growth-focused culture.
  • Support event service, ensuring seamless delivery for large functions and experiences.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality venue.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine or a passion to learn.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A calm, professional presence during service.
  • Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
  • Pride in your craft, plating, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and event services.
