It's our mission to do great marketing, for great businesses, ethically and in a way that benefits us all. We want our clients to win, their customers to win, and our employees to win.
We've got pretty ambitious growth plans following a big past couple of years and we're looking for a Content and Marketing Strategist to join our team.
We're looking for someone that wants to be part of that growth—meaning someone that's keen to think outside the box, and wants to actively be part of improving the way we do things, every day. We want your ideas, your input and your enthusiasm.
Maybe you're looking for a change, or looking for the next step in your career. Maybe you're just looking for a place that really gets you, and wants to see you succeed.
As a Content and Marketing Strategist at Dilate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with the client's goals and resonate with their target audiences. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong grasp of both creative and analytical thinking, as well as a passion for marketing and branding.
So, the job.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with client objectives, marketing strategies, target audience needs, and industry trends.
- Build strong rapport with clients allowing you to gain a clear understanding of their business and overarching goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Establish content quality standards and guidelines for each client to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevancy across all content assets.
- Review content and provide feedback to the Copywriter for editing where required to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain a clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for content campaigns, such as engagement metrics, traffic, conversions, and ROI and collaborate with the team to meet these.
- Monitor and analyse content performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and social media analytics platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate content effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimisation, make recommendations for improvement, and suggestions for strategy innovation.
You
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or similar role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive, customer-centric and conversion-oriented copy.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword mapping and research.
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights to refine content strategies.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Why Dilate?
