About the Role

  • Work alongside Centre Management to lead and inspire your team as a Non-Contact Third in Charge
  • Guide and mentor fellow educators while maintaining a joyful, inclusive learning environment
  • Create engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF, NQS and QKLG
  • Build lasting relationships with families and help our centre exceed National Quality Standards

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
  • Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Strong understanding of early learning frameworks and compliance standards
  • A growth mindset and genuine passion for leadership and learning
