Our Client is a boutique conveyancing firm dedicated to building, maintaining and protecting the wealth of their clients. Due to significant growth they are seeking a motivated and technically minded Client Service Administrator as a key addition to their team. If successful, you will report to the two Directors and provide quality administrative support for the timely implementation and ongoing management of client relationships and client conveyancing strategies.
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our office — supporting our conveyancers, managing client communications, preparing documents, and helping ensure every property transaction runs seamlessly.

What you'll bring:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and general admin systems
A willingness to learn and grow in the conveyancing industry
General Administrative duties
- Receiving instructions from clients
- Liaising with all relevant parties throughout transactions
- Opening, closing, and managing files from start to finish
- Preparation of Settlement Statements
- Assisting and Managing Settlement Preparation
- Preparation of PEXA Workspaces for settlement
- Answering client queries via phone call and emails
- Create and Manage Revenue SA Portal and attend to Stamping
- Contract & Form 1(Vendor's Statement) Drafting
Applicants must have:
- Intermediate experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook skills (familiarity with indexing and excel formulas is favourable)
- Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy
- Initiative and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to grow client relationships
- Ability to prioritise diverse workload activities and work under pressure
- Great personality and enjoys a laugh
Desirable:
- Property Industry Experience (favourable) but not essential
