Be part of our next phase of exponential growth.
Kelly+Partners are on a mission - for a Senior Manager, People & Culture who brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, sharp and impactful execution, and a deep understanding of how to build and support high-performing teams. If you thrive in environments where no two days are the same, and you're as energised by delivery as you are by setting vision — keep reading.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the next chapter of our growth story, from the inside out.
At Kelly+Partners we celebrate a culture where high standards, low ego, and genuine collaboration are the norm.
For success in the role of Senior Manager, People at Kelly+Partners, you bring a track record of making a tangible impact in fast-paced, people focused businesses — ideally in Professional Services, but we are open. What matters most is that you:
- Know how to work across multiple gears — from strategic innovation to hands on delivery. No ivory tower here
- Have a sharp employment relations lens, with the ability to navigate complex matters with commercial maturity.
- Are a trusted advisor who can read the room and build strong relationships
- Have demonstrated professional impact - you have led initiatives that moved the dial, and you can speak to real outcomes.
- Have deep knowledge of Australian workplace law and you aren't afraid to get into the detail whether it is a performance conversation or getting into the weeds of a visa application.
- Are hungry, humble, and eager to build something special.
Your application will stand out if you:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Business or a related discipline.
- Are experienced in visa sponsorships, global mobility and compliance — you know the process and what matters.
- Are a champion of strategic, differentiated recruitment — you think beyond the job ad and know how to attract top talent in competitive markets and regional areas.
- Have a knack for simplifying complexity, solving for scale, and turning good ideas into repeatable practices.
What You Will Get:
- A high impact role where you can shape people strategy from day one by what you do.
- A high-performance, low ego team with strong values and even stronger momentum.
- Exposure to all facets of the business — your work will be seen, felt, and valued if you're ready for that challenge
- The chance to be part of this continued scaling success story — with real career growth opportunities.
