The Role
You will provide administrative and operational support to the GM's office and the Mayor's office, along with associated tasks as required.
The role requires strong planning skills, ability to contribute to high-quality services, and a proactive approach to identifying and supporting system and process improvements.
About You
- Certificate III or IV in business administration or similar.
- Proven experience and demonstrated abilities in high level operational and administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases, including relevant Finance and software applications.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cooperative approach to working with others.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
