The Management Accounting role is a key position in the financial operations of our organization.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves the preparation of management accounts to trial balance and reports requirements, with training provided for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing general ledger journals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reviewing Tropics Revenue Recognition reports and monthly preparing of Revenue Recognition Reconciliation to identify any discrepancies.
  • Analyzing Discounts and Promotions, and cost allocation to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintaining Accruals and Prepayments schedules with ongoing monthly analysis to ensure balances are cleared and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with refunds and various ad-hoc reporting as required to support business decisions.

Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and a strong work ethic. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are also essential.
