Dentist – January 2026 Start | Comprehensive
3 days ago
Join a state-of-the-art cosmetic dental practice that values growth, precision, and patient experience. This role suits a confident dentist who thrives on feedback, embraces challenge, and wants to refine their skills in a structured, supportive environment.
About the RoleWe're expanding into a second location, and are seeking a dentist to join our Mascot clinic as the principals reduce their clinical days to establish our new Eastgardens practice.
You'll step into an established patient base within a high-performing team, working in a modern, fully equipped environment featuring CEREC, CBCT, diode laser, intraoral scanners, and integrated surgical systems.
You'll participate in weekly sit-down sessions with the principals for clinical and performance feedback, complemented by on-the-go coaching when needed. These sessions are designed to help capable dentists grow — not through hand-holding, but through accountability and refinement in:
- Comprehensive treatment planning and efficient scheduling
 - Case presentation and communication for high patient acceptance
 - Delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes
 - Clinical technique review and discussion

You'll take direction from our principals to ensure you embody our mission, values, and patient experience style, while maintaining your own professional individuality.
Clinical FocusThis position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys a broad scope of general and comprehensive dentistry as the foundation of their work.
Our cosmetic portfolio is strong — but the pathway to it comes through trust. You'll first focus on delivering outstanding general care, building rapport and loyalty before patients naturally progress to cosmetic and elective treatment.
To thrive in this role, you should be:
- Clinically confident in general restorative dentistry and crowns.
 - Proficient in molar endodontics to help grow and retain your patient base.
 - Experienced or eager to upskill in clear aligner therapy – as a Diamond Invisalign provider, you'll benefit from competitive aligner pricing, strong patient demand, and the experience of a team that delivers consistently excellent results.
 - Interested in composite bonding or veneers – there is strong patient interest and guidance available to help you build these skills.

You'll also gain exposure to oral surgery and implant procedures through visiting clinicians, with opportunities to observe and learn directly.
What We Offer- Weekly coaching and clinical feedback sessions with principals.
 - Competitive SFA-only remuneration, based on experience.
 - A state-of-the-art environment: CEREC, CBCT, diode laser, intraoral scanners, and integrated surgical systems.
 - Freedom in material and lab selection once competence is demonstrated.
 - Supportive, high-performing team culture built around respect and accountability.
 - Diamond Invisalign provider status for aligner growth and competitive pricing advantages.
 - A loyal patient base and efficient systems that allow you to focus on dentistry.

- Clinically confident in general dentistry and eager to expand your skills.
 - Open to structured feedback and committed to professional growth.
 - Passionate about comprehensive and aesthetic outcomes — in that order.
 - Organised, proactive, and responsive under pressure.
 - Aligned with our mission, values, and patient experience philosophy.
 - Available 3–4 weekdays plus Saturdays (essential).

If you're ready to join a modern, high-calibre practice where your growth is supported, your skills are valued, and your standards are shared — we'd love to hear from you.
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Mascot (3–4 weekdays + Saturdays essential)
Remuneration: Competitive SFA (based on experience)
