What We Offer

2 days per week to start – ideal if you want to ease into private practice or balance with other commitments.

Guaranteed daily minimum to take away the stress of "what if the chair's empty?" while we continue growing our books.

A competitive percentage once patient flow increases.

Marketing support to help build your own patient following – your photo, your story, your services highlighted in our campaigns.

Exposure to aligner dentistry and cosmetic dental services (experience preferred but not essential).

A role where your input is valued – you'll be part of shaping the practice as we grow.

Who You Are

Fully registered with AHPRA, with all required paperwork and insurance up to date.

A dentist with an excellent patient manner – empathetic, gentle, and able to build trust quickly.

Confident in general dentistry and comfortable treating all ages.

Keen to grow your clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Someone who wants a practice they can help build, not just clock in and out of.
