Taco Street is looking for a reliable and fast-paced Kitchen Staff / Food Expeditor to join our team in Beverly Hills. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality food and service.

This role requires availability most afternoons and evenings:

Trading hours:

Tuesday 5pm–10pm

Thursday 5pm–10pm

Friday 5pm–10pm

Saturday 10am–3pm, 5pm–10pm

Sunday 10am–3pm, 5pm–10pm

Monday and Wednesday closed

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing ingredients and supporting the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks
  • Assembling and plating dishes accurately and efficiently
  • Expediting orders from the kitchen to the dining area
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and prep areas
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management
  • Assisting with cleaning and resetting tables as needed
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or food preparation role
  • Have knowledge of using Uber eats/ Doordash

  • Strong ability to Multi task

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must be available for evenings and weekends
