Our Melton office is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our friendly team and keep the wheels turning smoothly


What You'll Do

Your day will be a healthy mix of admin coordination, staff support, and client communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone and email enquiries from clients, participants, and staff.
  • Supporting rostering, shift confirmations, and timesheet processing.
  • Maintaining staff records, compliance documents, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Assisting management with invoicing, reporting, and general office duties.
  • Preparing documents, letters, and files for tenders, compliance, and internal audits.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional, positive office environment.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an admin, reception, or coordination role (healthcare preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 months or less experience in administrative, reception, or coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and email management).
  • Basic Excel proficiency including data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of NDIS or Aged Care systems (bonus, not essential).
  • Valid Australian work rights with appropriate visa status.
