Position: Garden and Lawn Maintenance Team Member.

  • Start date: Within 2 weeks.
  • Hours: Casual
  • Location: Tweed Heads, NSW.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role or greater - desirable.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various gardening tools and equipment.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability on the job.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Chemical handling certificate - desirable
  • NDIS clearance - desirable
  • National Australia Police Clearance (within the last 6 months) - required
  • Current Australian Drivers License - required
  • Reliable vehicle - required
  • Right to work in Australia - required

What you'll be doing:

  • Mowing, edging, trimming, and all the good stuff that comes with transforming yards into masterpieces.
  • Pressure cleaning
  • Operating lawn mowers and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service by maintaining well-presented and tidy outdoor spaces
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations. Along with policies and procedures
  • Complete job pre and post tasking report
