Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Representative/Advocate to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans achieve fair and accurate compensation and benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Veterans, medical providers, and DVA to ensure the smooth processing of claims
  • Relating conditions to services based on MRCA SOP factors
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to veterans throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with DVA is Required
  • Experience as an MRCA Delegate is Highly Desired
  • Strong interest in supporting Australian military veterans.
