The Role

We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive our platform scaling and user growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for building exceptional user experiences while ensuring our infrastructure can handle rapid growth to 1000+ paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Excellence: Build intuitive, responsive web applications using modern frameworks
  • Backend Architecture: Design and implement scalable APIs and services
  • User Experience: Create seamless onboarding flows, dashboards, and video analysis interfaces
  • Platform Scaling: Optimize performance, implement caching strategies, and ensure system reliability
  • Growth Features: Build subscription management, user analytics, and engagement tools
  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with product team to translate user needs into technical solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years full-stack development with experience scaling products to 1000+ users
  • Frontend Skills: Expert-level React/TypeScript, modern CSS, responsive design, video player integration
  • Backend Proficiency: Strong Python (FastAPI/Django), database design, API development, caching strategies
  • Infrastructure: Experience with CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, and monitoring
  • Growth Mindset: Understanding of user analytics, conversion optimization, and product metrics
  • Quality Focus: Strong testing practices, code review standards, and performance optimization
