Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Time and Attendance workstreams within a major SAP transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for both interim and strategic solution delivery, ensuring that system, data, and process defects contributing to payroll inaccuracies are identified, analysed, and remediated effectively.
As the Delivery Lead, you will:
Take ownership of the Time and Attendance program workstreams, managing all phases from planning through to deployment.
Deliver both interim and long-term strategic solutions aligned with the overall SAP program roadmap.
Oversee the identification, root cause analysis, and remediation of issues impacting payroll accuracy, system integrity, and data quality.
Drive change management and business readiness, ensuring that process and system changes are embedded successfully.
Lead solution delivery across configuration, testing, and implementation activities, maintaining strong alignment with program governance standards.
Manage vendor relationships, project budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting requirements.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Proven experience delivering complex SAP programs, ideally with a focus on Time and Attendance, Payroll, or HRIS solutions.
Strong background in end-to-end project delivery, including change impact assessment, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.
A structured approach to governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience within large enterprise or government environments will be highly regarded.
