Your new opportunity
Play a key role in shaping RAA's brand presence by developing and managing high-impact sponsorships and events. In this exciting opportunity, you'll build and nurture partnerships, create memorable experiences, and deliver maximum value to RAA members to support our organisational objectives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Build influential relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the execution of brand activities and campaigns related to sponsorships.
• Coordinate events and activations from planning and promotion through to execution.
• Monitor and report on sponsorship performance and activity.

About You
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

• Knowledge of sponsorship, integrated campaigns, media, and brand design is highly valued.
• Excellent project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects autonomously.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communications skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing or a related field is favourable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the RAA brand and the SA market with a particular focus on sponsorships and events.
