We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OHS / WHS & CSI Coordinator to join our team. This unique dual-role position combines workplace health and safety compliance with a focus on optimising our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results, ensuring maximum incentives and rewards from all our vehicle manufacturer partners i.e. Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Suzuki, Chery, Mitsubishi, Honda, BYD Jeep, & Leapmotor.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking to step up with a new challenge. While previous automotive dealership experience is highly regarded, full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all departments.
  • Co-ordinate safety training programs for staff.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the business.
  • Monitor, track, and analyse CSI scores and trends.
  • Work closely with department managers to improve customer experiences
  • Provide regular update and feedback to management on CSI performance and opportunities for improvement.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday.
