This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up from a WHS Coordinator role or grow into an Advisor role. You'll be at the heart of our mission to keep our people safe, healthy, and thriving, from our restaurants to our Restaurant Support Centre.
About the Role
As our WHS Coordinator/Advisor (Intermediate), you'll:
- Support the National WHS Manager in driving safety across Hungry Jack's.
- Analyse incidents and hazards, spotting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with restaurant leaders to coach, support, and build safety capability.
- Lead communication of WHS initiatives, projects, and campaigns that really connect with our people.
- Help keep our WHS systems sharp, up to date, and practical for our fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything, but you do need the drive to make a difference. We're after someone who has:
- A
Cert IV in WHS
(Diploma desirable). - Experience in a WHS or safety support role (QSR, retail or fast-paced industries are a bonus).
- The ability to
connect with people
, from crew to leaders and influence in a positive way. - Strong organisation skills and a keen eye for detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making workplaces safer every day.
