CRM & Automation Coordinator

Adelaide RV – Helping 10,000 Aussies travel by 2030

Role Purpose:

Own the rollout and daily management of Adelaide RV's CRM, build clear leadership dashboards, and introduce smart automations (including AI tools) to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and free the team to focus on growth.

We're rolling out HubSpot across the business and need someone who can champion it from day one. This is your chance to make a real impact — turning disconnected systems into a single, powerful source of truth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the setup and rollout of HubSpot across sales, service, and marketing
  • Build custom, real-time dashboards for the CEO and leadership team
  • Work with managers to map and automate key business processes
  • Research, test, and introduce Automation and AI tools that save time and improve accuracy
  • Maintain clean, connected data so reports are meaningful and reliable
  • Train team members on how to get the most out of the CRM and our Tech Stack

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (bonus points if you've built workflows or integrated systems)
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and finding meaningful insights to lead decision making
  • Curious about AI and Custom GPT's and how it can be integrated to simplify business processes
  • A natural problem-solver who likes finding an easier way
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
