We're a top Facilities Management company, taking care of premium residential properties across Melbourne. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and keeping each property in perfect condition.

The Role:

We're looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for residents and visitors, helping them with building amenities and services. If you love meeting new people and lending a helping hand, this job is perfect for you

Hours: multiple positions available, week day and weekend positions with a part time and full time hours available.

  • Part time - 7am - 3pm and 3pm to 11pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Full/part time - Afternoons Monday to Friday
  • Full/part time - Night shift 11pm to 7am Monday to Sunday

About You:

  • Well-presented and confident working independently.
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a focus on getting tasks done well and on time.
  • Able to follow procedures to ensure your work is top-notch.
