True Society in Fitzroy is part of our growing collective of stores in Australia. This store exudes an elevated, urban chic vibe and provides a stunning stage for showcasing our breathtaking designer wedding dresses.  It is a destination for transforming dress dreams into the most amazing reality, and we are looking for a career-minded retail professional who is passionate about fashion and bridal.

We are currently seeking a highly organised, self-driven Store Operations Specialist to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our True Society Fitzroy store. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership, store teams, and various external vendors to execute daily inventory activities, ensure quality and operational compliance and streamline processes, to support the achievement of company sales objectives.

Your Tasks:

·       Place and audit bride and stock orders accurately and efficiently.

·       Efficiently manage store shipments, following all procedures including breakout, quality control, data entry, bride notifications, and returns processing.

·       Accurately document, communicate, and follow up on bride and stock inventory that does not meet QC standards, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes

·       Conduct monthly audits of items awaiting pick up and follow up with brides on their orders

·       Assist store leadership in preparing, executing, and researching the store's bi-annual physical inventory.

·       Prepare and ship bride orders while adhering to quality, packing, and shipping standards

·       Ensure compliance with inventory standards through regular audits

·       Maintain store visuals and branding to align with True Society expectations.

·       Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness that aligns with a Best-in-Class bridal experience.

·       Help prepare for in-store events and trunk shows by remerchandising, adjusting furniture layouts, and steaming gowns for display.

Your Profile:

·       High level of accountability, strong organisational, and attention to detail skills.

·       Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate various computer programs, experience in Excel or retail POS systems preferred.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong ability to prioritise tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently.

·       Skilled in problem-solving and self-management, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.

·       Approachable, patient, and professional demeaner.

·       Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and peers.

·       Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively.

·       Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.

·       Exhibit an innovative and collaborative mindset, identifying opportunities and taking partnership to initiative to implement solutions.

·       Eager to develop in-depth product knowledge within the bridal or fashion industry.

·       Physically capable of moving throughout the store, lifting and carrying up to 12kgs, kneeling, standing, and remaining on feet for most of the shift.

·       Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to adjust hours based on business needs.

·       Presents a fashion-forward and professional appearance, adhering to True Society dress code standards.
