The Role

This is a key leadership position overseeing the South East Victoria region, where you'll be responsible for the operational performance of approximately 200 stores and a team of 14 Area Managers. You'll work closely with senior leadership to execute retail strategy, drive commercial results, and uplift the customer experience across the region. A strong focus will be placed on coaching and empowering your team, fostering consistency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Regular travel throughout the region is part of the role, ensuring strong connection with store teams and local market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational performance for approximately 200 stores in South East Victoria
  • Lead and develop a team of 14 Area Managers
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute retail strategy and drive commercial results
  • Uplift the customer experience across the region
  • Coach, empower, anddevelop teams to achieve consistency and excellence
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively
  • Travel regularly within the region to engage with store teams and understand local market needs
Skills and Experience
  • Significant experience in multi-site retail leadership, ideally in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
  • Confident, hands-on leadership with a focus on accountability and team development
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering day-to-day results
