Role Summary
As a Senior Resourcing Analyst, you'll support our Engineering teams by optimising resource allocation, ensuring the right engineers work on the right projects whilst advancing their careers.
This is more than workforce planning - you'll build genuine relationships with our Engineering community, understand their technical capabilities and career aspirations, and create efficient processes that deliver clear recommendations across our multi-timezone operations.
How will you make an impact?
- Support Engineering Managers in optimising resource allocation across consulting, product development, and BAU operations
- Build strong relationships with Engineering teams and business stakeholders globally
- Maintain comprehensive utilisation reporting and allocation tracking
- Coordinate engineering assignments including Graduate programme rotations
- Support resource prioritisation meetings and process improvements
- Monitor capacity trends and provide insights to inform hiring and capability planning
- Balance competing business priorities whilst maintaining focus on engineering excellence
The Superpowers You Will Bring To The Team
- 3-5 years' experience in resource management, workforce planning, or people operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of technical teams and engineering career progression
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with project management tools and multi-timezone coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
