Welcome to The Lookout—where the views are as breathtaking as the food is delicious Nestled right on the edge of the escarpment, this stunning venue boasts panoramic vistas of the southern Blue Mountains, the wild beauty of Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness, and the world-famous Three Sisters.Whether you're sipping a one of our state focused beverages or enjoying a coffee while the day rolls by, every corner of our venue offers a front-row seat to nature's masterpiece. Located on Echo Point Road, it's not just a place to dine—it's a destination to remember.

The Role – Bartender Extraordinaire

Love working behind the bar and making people smile? We're looking for an allrounder who's got the skills to shake, stir, and serve with style If you're passionate about great service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your moment to shine.You'll be the face behind the bar, delivering top-notch drinks and unforgettable customer experiences. Bonus points if you've got table-waiting experience—we love a team player who can jump in wherever neededThis role offers around 20–30 hours per week, perfect for someone who's flexible, energetic, and ready to bring the good vibes. YouTo be successful in this role, you must have;

  • Must have at least 1-3 years' experience
  • Cocktail experience is favourable but not essential
  • The ability to build a strong rapport with patrons and staff alike
  • Be able to multitask at all times, the need for perfection in all duties
  • Speed and efficiency with a keen eye for detail
  • Have a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and alcoholic products.
  • Be able to promote both the venue and a fun working environment.
  • Well-presented and spoken, have a passion for flair and creativity
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Have CLEAR and precise communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & within a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability- 7 day rotating roster and be available for day and night shifts and public holidays

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $66.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
