The Venue

Sitting on the edge of the escarpment, the Echo Point precinct offers panoramic views of the Blue Mountains, the Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. With a café, restaurant and wine bar, the venue is a destination for locals and visitors alike, combining breathtaking scenery with quality food and service.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, producing quality dishes for à la carte dining, café service, large functions and events. The role is available as either casual or full-time, offering variety and scope for growth.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work across café service, events and functions
  • Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends
  • Pride in presentation and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Food Safety Standards, with HACCP experience highly regarded
