Our client "Nesh Legal" is seeking a Family Lawyer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead the Family Law Department: Guide and grow the practice across Mornington and Sandringham offices.
  • Handle diverse cases: Manage a broad range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting issues, divorce, and intervention orders.
  • Provide client care: Offer empathetic and professional support to clients navigating complex personal situations.
  • Collaborate and advocate: Work independently while leveraging your excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced professional: At least 5 years post-admission experience in family law, with strong knowledge across all areas and court procedures.
  • Empathetic approach: Genuine care for clients and a passion for achieving positive outcomes in challenging situations.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and advocacy to effectively represent clients.
  • Independent worker: Ability to manage your caseload autonomously, with the support of a personal assistant.
