**Front Office Receptionist - Casual | Quest Preston**

**About the Role**
Join the welcoming team at **Quest Preston** as a **Front Office Receptionist**. In this casual position, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued guests, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure every stay is seamless and memorable. You'll work flexible shifts as part of the day-to-day operations of our apartment hotel in Melbourne’s vibrant north.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and check-in/out guests in a warm, efficient manner
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency
- Provide local area recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Manage bookings and maintain accurate records using hotel systems
- Support the front office team with general administrative and operational tasks

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (hotel experience ideal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management and booking systems
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
