Core responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate utility bills (water, electricity, gas, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer account records.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with meter readers and field teams for accurate data reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant billing policies and regulations.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience in a billing/admin/account's role (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and billing software systems.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
