Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Area Manager at CPC. The Area Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of cleaning teams, manage client relationships, ensure quality control, and implement cleaning protocols. The role is based in the Greater Brisbane Area.

  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and quality control standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance knowledge
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus
