We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join Return-It on a
6-month fixed-term contract
. Based in Perth, you will oversee depots across Perth and regional WA, providing leadership to Depot Managers and their teams while ensuring operational excellence, customer service, and financial performance across your portfolio.

About the role

  • Lead a portfolio of depots across Perth and regional WA on a
    6-month fixed-term contract
  • Ensure the profitability and performance of Return-It depots within your region
  • Provide leadership and support to Depot Managers and their teams
  • Drive revenue growth through business development and customer engagement
  • Meet sales targets by building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensure sites are operationally compliant with company processes and safety standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and community engagement across all depots

About you

  • Proven multi-site management experience, ideally from retail, hospitality, or similar industries
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Demonstrated focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service quality
  • Flexible and willing to travel across Perth and regional WA
  • Proactive problem solver with a solutions-focused approach
  • Adaptable, accountable, and driven to achieve results
